Lean Mean Fighting Machine training is “boot camp” style training with body weight calisthenics, running, core work, and resistance training all rolled into a fast paced 60 minute workout. If you are bored with your same old routine, want to be pushed, make new friends, or want to take your fitness to the next level, Lean Mean Fighting Machine (LMFM) training is for you.
