Performance enhancement programs at the RAC Competitive Edge Training (C.E.T.) is serious training for serious athletes incorporating the latest in training techniques to bring about desired results.
Programs include:
CET (Competetive Edge Training) The program is designed to train competitive athletes under supervision & in small groups. Resistance training programs will be sport specific in mind, designed to train athletes to improve their strength and power for their sport. Speed, Agility and Quickness training will help the athletes’ ability to sprint & change direction. The program is also designed to condition the athletes for their specific sport.

Elite Hockey Training The Rochester Athletic club has developed a sport specific training program for hockey players looking to take their game to the next level. The Elite Hockey Training program is designed to train the athlete to become stronger, faster, and more skilled, while reducing the chance of injury. The program will focus on stride development, explosive power, foot quickness, strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, shooting, and stick handling skills. In addition to improving the players’ games in these areas, the goal of every class will be to work hard and have fun. The program utilizes hockey specific strength exercises in the weight room as well as speed, agility, and quickness training.

Youth Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training This is a great program to introduce your young athlete to training for improved performance in a fun atmosphere. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of running, change of direction, and foot movement.
