PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is an excellent investment in your health and wellness! It's one-on-one attention that includes a tailor-made aerobic and strength program as well as basic information regarding anatomy, physiology and nutrition. Personal training is a fantastic way to get started with a fitness program or to gain direction and motivation.  Arranging for a personal trainer is easy--just call the Fitness Desk at 287-9320 or the Personal Training Coordinator at (507) 287-9335 ext. 345.    

One hour session:

45-minute session:

Half hour session:

Group personal training sessions are available.  Combine two to four people in a group and share the cost of the personal trainer.  This is a great way to get the attention you need and it may be customized to your group's schedule.

Packages for Personal Training

The RAC is pleased to offer discounted personal training packages. For those interested in investing in multiple training sessions, you now have the option to choose between three discounted packages. Packages can be used for 30 minute, 45 minute, or one hour training sessions, excluding Advantage PLUS.

BLAST 30

Are you and your friends looking to get a great workout and socialize all at the same time? BLAST 30 is a new group personal training option that will provide you and your friends with 30 minutes of intense exercise. B.L.A.S.T stands for Back, Legs, Abs and Shoulder Training. Members can sign up individually or form your own groups of three to five members to BLAST out a 30 minute workout session with a certified personal trainer. Members perform unique exercises for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and then perform another exercise for 30 seconds, until 30 minutes is up! This is a great way to maximize your time, change up your routine and have fun!

Group sessions meet 3 times weekly, at the same time for 4 weeks. BLAST 30 is being offered for the low cost of $105 per 4 week session. Session days and times listed below. Minimum of 3 members per time slot. Maximum of 5 members per time slot. Fixed Class times for groups are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at either: 5:30 am - 6:00 am, 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm or 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
