"Starting the New Year off right with Physical Activity”
Jon Giese, M.Ed.
RAC Personal Trainer
Jon will share the latest research (including workout plans)) on how much exercise, cardiovascular and strength training, is needed to impact your health. He will also provide a maintenance workout routine that will help you keep the health benefits for life. This lecture will prove to be enlightening and even a little surprising.
All lectures are held at the RAC, are free, and open to the public. This lecture will be held in the Civic View room.
