Room Rental and Banquet Information

Conference Room:

This room can host 14 people around a meeting table. This space is great for smaller, more intimate meetings.

Civic View Room:

This room overlooks the outdoor area of the Club.  The room hosts up to 36 people. 

Food and beverage can be pre-arranged for your event, or you can utilize the Club Café and Deli for both of these rooms.

Multi-Purpose Room:

Looking for a large and versatile room able to accommodate any special occasion or event?  We have what you need.  Let the RAC set-up your event in our spacious multi-purpose room.  Lecture style set-up, 180 person seated service, or open dance floor/class space configuration available.  Food, beverage, and staffing services available.  Cost is $250 for 1-4 hours.  Call the Activities Director at (507) 287-9314 for further interest or inquiry.
