Transform to an Even Better You - Health and Wellness Coaching with Sarah Jerde

We are in the season of transformation. If you blink, you’ll miss springtime in Minnesota. The trees turn from bare branches to lush green canopies of leaves. Subdued winter mornings are replaced by the cheerful chirping of birds beaconing the dawn. Transformation is all around us, and an even better version of yourself is just waiting to appear.

 

I am honored to be on staff at the RAC as a Health and Wellness Coach. I achieved National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach because I am passionate about lifestyles that promote wellness in body, mind and spirit. During my career, I’ve witnessed transformations in clients to even better versions of themselves. These transformations occur in people with a variety of body types, and a variety of goals.

 

As a coach, my role is to help clients define their own unique goals; clients are always in the “driver’s seat”. Once goals are defined, I empower clients to use their own strengths to meet their goals. Attempting to reach a goal is never defined as success or failure, as there is always something to learn, no matter the outcome. Making and keeping new healthy habits is possible, and that’s when transformation to an even better version of oneself occurs.

 

Throughout the months of June and July, I invite you to join me for a “meet and greet” while walking around the track. No need to register. Please give me the honor of learning about you, and I’ll be happy to answer questions you have about health and wellness coaching.


My schedule for June is: 
 

Tuesday June 13, 3:15 pm - 3:45 pm and 6 pm - 6:30 pm

Thursday June 15, 6:30 am - 7:00 am

Wednesday June 21, 9:30 am - 10:00 am

Sarah Jerde completed the Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Training program which prepared her to successfully pass the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches. She is kind, approachable and values genuine conversations about goals and values. Sarah stays busy with a variety of community activities. She and her husband, Mark, have two children and they all enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, in all of Minnesota’s seasons!
