Early Bird Hospitality Group DBA Relish Announces they are taking over the Food & Beverage service at the Rochester Athletic Club
Zach and Danika Ohly, founders of the Early Bird Hospitality Group, announced today that they will be running all the Food & Beverage service at the Rochester Athletic Club (RAC) after the restaurant renovation at the RAC. The Renovation is scheduled to start in August and complete in late fall / early winter 2020.
The Ohlys and their team will use their skills and creativity to offer a refreshing new menu that includes grab and go salads, sandwiches, scratch made soups, smoothies, fresh juice program, yogurt bar and more. Comfort and convenience will be focal points of the new restaurant, named Café Relish, at the RAC. They will also offer the food and beverage selection poolside starting in Summer 2021. The restaurant will be open to all guests, members and non-members.
Early Bird Hospitality Group focuses on delivering unique experiences through food and beverage. This will carry over to Café Relish. We promise to put forth all of our energy to deliver a fantastic experience to both RAC members and the community at large.

The RAC will communicate to members updates and images of the physical changes to the Food and Beverage space at the RAC as they get finalized and become available.
