New Fitness Offering
The RAC is now offering customized workouts by a personal trainer of your choice with our new Virtual Personal Training (VPT) program. These personal workouts designed for you and your goals, are uploaded to your account on the RAC app. Your trainer will create a weekly plan for you to follow. If you do not understand the exercise given, there is an avatar that shows you the exercise.
Besides your customized workouts, you will also receive one thirty-minute consultation session per month with your trainer. If you are a new client, there are four required 30-minute in-person workouts.
Your trainer will have access to your progress and will help hold you accountable so you can reach your goals. No more wasted time randomly doing workouts that you see others doing. Each person has different body types and different needs. Injuries also play a role in what exercises people can and cannot perform. Let your trainer design your workouts. The cost of this program is only $100/month (additional one - time fee of $110 applies if you are a new client for the four additional sessions).
