What would you like to say to someone who is considering personal training?
A personal trainer can take a lot of the guesswork out of fitness. A trainer can provide you with the knowledge you need and make sure you know how to execute the proper movements during your workout. If you want to learn from someone with first-hand experience and education, and who will also help keep you accountable, personal training is right for you.
What are some of your specialties?
My specialties are building muscle and gaining strength through various movements and exercises that will also keep you mobile and agile. That way your everyday activities and lifestyle will be that much easier and better.
What is your approach to training?
The first thing you can do is to make exercise fun and rewarding by finding out what you enjoy and love in the gym. Then progressively make it a habit like your hygiene and hobbies. Instead of viewing exercise as something you HAVE to do, you can turn it into something you WANT to do.
Do you have a favorite exercise quote?
“You can’t go back and change the beginning but, you can start where you are and change the ending.”
