Personal Training
Personal training is an effective way to gain the direction and motivation to reach your goals safely and quickly. Wherever you are on your fitness journey, we offer high-quality, fully customized training designed specifically for you. Groups of 2-3 individuals may share the cost of a trainer and receive private small-group instruction. Scheduling in a small group with others is a great way to progress together, help hold each other accountable, and make sure exercising makes it into your schedule. Find your group, select a trainer, and join your friends on a healthy mission. Benefit from the fun, energy, exercise variety, and practical experience a personal trainer can bring.

Base Camp Small Group Training
Get ready to take your fitness to the next level with Base Camp, our brand-new small group training program launched in early 2025 in the new Free Weight and Turf Area. Designed to help you build strength, enhance your body composition, and your confidence, Base Camp combines structured programming with expert coaching to deliver real results.
Not your average boot camp style workout, this program is strategically designed to give your lasting progress over time, with each training cycle building on the last. With four 3-month cycles per year, you will experience workouts that adapt and challenge you as you grow stronger and more confident. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete, Base Camp is for anyone ready to invest in their fitness journey.

Program Highlights:
- Cycle-Based Structure: Each cycle lasts 3 months, with progressive workouts designed to keep you improving and to keep the results coming.
- Join Anytime: Start mid-cycle if space allows. Our trainers will safely get you up to speed, and fees will be prorated. This program is welcoming to ALL fitness levels.
- Priority Scheduling: Members committing to 3 class meetings per week receive priority enrollment, as the program is designed for this frequency.
- Guided Programming: The programming for this class is easily customizable to you, no matter where you fall on your fitness journey. Nutrition guidance and metabolic testing will also be available!
This program is your chance to train with like-minded members and skilled trainers in an inspiring new environment.

Run Coaching
Professionally designed coaching and programming for the individual looking to improve their running, train for a race of any length, or improve their fitness through running.
Run Coaching Includes:
- Monthly meetings to discuss goals, nutrition, shoes, injuries and all things running.
- Individually tailored running plan designed specifically for you to fit your level of fitness and your goals/needs using the Training Peaks app.
- Regular feedback and communication from run coach via the Training Peaks app.

Branda is an RRCA certified running coach. She is also a personal trainer & Board Certified Sports Dietitian. Branda has run 25 + marathons (including Boston), several ultramarathons, and triathlons up to the ½ Ironman distance. Let her help you become the best athlete you can be!

RAC Metabolic Testing
Metabolic Testing is now available! Book a spot in the RAC app to get your Resting Metabolic Rate tested. This enormously powerful tool takes only 15 minutes and gives you medically validated measurements of metabolism, heart health, cellular health, lung health, brain activity, and posture! A Personal Trainer can help you understand the results, which are sent in less than 24 hours. To view a sample report, click here.

Total Body Analysis
Utilizing our InBody Analyzer, we can tell you in 40 seconds or less the necessary information to help you track the hard work you’ve been putting in at the gym. We are pleased to offer a program that will measure:
- Percent body fat
- Visceral fat levels (abdominal fat)
- Body fat mass and skeletal muscle mass
- Basal metabolic rate (helps in calculating daily caloric needs)

Results of the analysis are interpreted with a RAC Personal Trainer. Total Body Analysis can help you measure your progress and reach your fitness goals!
