Facility & Program Update for Friday, January 23rd

The RAC will be open regular hours tomorrow, and all scheduled programs will run as planned.

If you are unable or prefer not to attend a scheduled program, please notify the Program Director or email info@racmn.com.  You will be refunded for that class.

Group Fitness: Classes will run as scheduled unless an instructor notifies us they are unable to teach. If a class is cancelled, it will be updated in the RAC App.

Improve your bladder health with “5 Easy Habits for Better Bladder Control,” a workshop led by pelvic health physical therapists Kaylen Margotta, DPT, and Jordan Jaklic, DPT.
 
Learn simple strategies and exercises you can start using right away to support better control and confidence.
