Club Logins: Getting Started with the RAC App, Member Login, RAC Perks, EGYM or EatLove Nutrition.
RAC App
The app serves as a one-stop spot for club information and resources. Reserve Group Fitness Classes through the “Reservations” tile. See the current club attendance of the club. Have one place where you can sign in to other club logins. Learn more about the RAC App.
Getting Started: If you have members on your account who need an invitation to the RAC app, please contact RACapp@racmn.com. Please include the first and last name of the person and a unique email address if one is not listed on their club account.
RAC Perks
RAC Perks is our member rewards program. Your Perkville.com login lets you see your RAC Perks point total and redeem for perks. Remember to plan ahead as it can take from 1-3 business days for your redeemed perk to become available. Check out the RAC Perks section at Rewards & Benefits to learn more.
Getting Started: If you have an email address on your club account, you will begin to accumulate points automatically. Here are directions on how to access your account and redeem for perks: RAC Perk directions PDF.

EGYM
EGYM offers members a simple, effective, and personalized weight training experience. Learn more about EGYM.
Getting Started: New members can get onboarded to the EGYM system during a Personal Training Orientation for free during the first year of membership. After that an EGYM Onboarding Session ($25 fee) can be reserved in the RAC app or through the Activities Desk (507) 287-9300. Contact Personal Training Lead Josh Lewis with any questions.
NOTE: Please do not set up an EGYM account prior to meeting with a trainer to get onboarded to the EGYM system either during a Personal Training Orientation or an EGYM Onboarding Session.
EatLove Personalized Nutrition
EatLove is an intelligent meal recommendation platform used by dietitians and physicians worldwide. Learn more about EatLove Personalized Nutrition.
Getting Started: EatLove is accessed through the RAC app. If you are signed into the RAC app you will see EatLove as a tile option to choose on the homepage. Select the EatLove tile to get started. You do not need to set up separate EatLove sign in information.
Your Electronic ID or “EID” – Wristband, Card or Fob
Your EID can be used throughout the club. It is used to check you into the club, lock a daily use locker, make purchases in the club, get access to the indoor pool area, and once set up with Fitness Staff, can also help you to sign in on some cardio (Precor) and strength equipment (EGYM) automatically.
What if you forget your EID?
You will need to provide your name to check in at the front desk. You can check out a temporary locker card at the Activities Desk so you are able to use a locker. Please note that there is a $10 charge if the card is not returned.
What if you need to replace your EID?
A replacement for a lost or broken EID can be purchased at the Front Desk for $10. If you have earned enough perk points you can redeem for an EID. See the RAC Perks section above to get started. If a lost EID is turned in, we will look up who it belongs to and attach a note to your check-in screen, and give it to you the next time you come in.
Who can receive an EID?
Members 13 years and older receive an EID when they join the club. If you are a member and have never received an EID, we provide your first EID free – just ask at the Front Desk. Children younger than 13 may receive an EID at the discretion of their parent/guardian(s)*.
*Please note that a child is not able to charge to their account with an EID unless their parent or guardian has set up charging privileges for that child.
Getting Started in the Locker Rooms
How to Lock Daily Use Lockers
Select any locker that shows a green indicator. To lock a locker, hold your Electronic ID (Band, card, or fob) against the indicator. It will turn red when locked. To unlock, hold your band against the indicator, and it will turn back to green and open. Stop by the Activities Desk if you need any assistance.
Permanent Lockers
If you are interested in renting a permanent locker contact the Activities Desk to check for availability. They come in quarter size ($6 + tax per month) and half size ($10 + tax per month).
Family Locker Room
The Family Locker Room area is for parents with small children. Each changing room has a shower, toilet, vanity, and changing table. This area can also be used by those who need an accessible changing area as several larger rooms offer a handrail or seat in the shower.
A few rules to highlight
- The Sauna, Steam Room, and Whirlpool are for those 18 and older, and cell phones or other electronic devices are not allowed in those areas.
- Cell phones are not allowed to be in picture or video mode in the locker rooms. Loss of membership will result for any person found to be in violation of this rule.
- Please note posted signs. For more information please see Club Guidelines and Club Etiquette.
