12 Weeks to Race Weight

Triathlete? Distance runner? Cross country skiier? Enjoy the benefits of improved efficiency, stamina, and self-image upon achieving your optimal race weight. Participants work one-on-one with a RAC dietititan who educates them on how to best fuel their body before, during, and after workouts. We will cover topics such as sweat rate, carbo-loading, and race day nutrition.

This comprehensive program also includes weekly one-on-one sessions with a RAC personal trainer who will tailor aerobic and strength training exercises to challenge and enhance your overall performance.
