Group Fitness Studios
Lower Studio
Our largest studio is found by the Fitness Floor on the lower level of the club. It is a great place to experience our live instructor lead Group Fitness classes. It has lots of equipment to keep your workouts challenging, including barbells for weight-lifting classes. You are welcome to use the Studio when there are no scheduled classes, either to take a Fitness on Demand class, or your own workout routine.

Upper Studio
Found on the top floor of the club, the Upper Studio located to the right as you enter the main gate, above the free weights on the Fitness Floor. This studio has barre rails along two walls for barre and ballet-based classes, and weights, foam rollers, and other equipment stored behind the far wall. Just like the Lower Studio, this space can be used when there are no classes scheduled. Feel free to start a Fitness on Demand class, or follow your own routine.

Cycle Studio
Our Cycling Studio is available to members anytime of the day. Our Real Ryder bikes are more than just your average stationary bike: they allow you to steer, lean, and balance as you ride. Hop on a Real Ryder bike and try a group fitness cycling class or use the studio for your own self-guided or Fitness on Demand workout when classes are not in session. They are a great core strengthening, low impact cardiovascular workout.

Mind/Body Studio (Yoga)
Unite your mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy yoga classes in our Mind Body Studio. Whether you are a total beginner, or an experienced practitioner, we have the class for you. Our community of yoga instructors and members love to gather to center, balance, and refresh their minds and bodies.
We offer both yoga classes and private lessons.

Pilates Reformer Studio
Lengthen, strengthen, and align your body. Our Pilates Reformer Studio is a great place to learn and experience the lifelong benefits of applying Pilates exercise principles to your life. Let our experienced Pilates instructors work with you to improve your core strength, postural alignment, flexibility, and ease of movement.
Pilates Reformer training is available to both RAC Members and non-members for a training fee. The studio can only be used by those with experience and permission of a Pilates instructor.

In addition to small group training, we offer private lessons for your specific goals and needs.
