What would you like to say to someone who is considering personal training?
Having a personal trainer can be a game changer for your fitness. Not only will they help to hold you accountable but they will set you up with an efficient exercise routine designed to maximize your results and blast through plateaus during your time in the gym. Even the top athletes in the world still use trainers to improve themselves!
What are some of your specialties?
I feel confident working with all abilities and fitness levels, but I’ve had a lot of experience and success working with corrective exercises for injuries and limitations while being able to help clients achieve their specific goals and strengthen their limitation or injury in the process.
What is something you wish people knew about exercise?
Soreness is not a great indicator of a good workout or muscle growth.
Do you have a favorite exercise quote?
“If you don’t make time for exercise now, make time for illness later”
