Belle is from Rochester, MN and is certified as a personal trainer by NASM. When not working, she enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with family and friends.
What would you like to say to someone who is considering personal training?
Having a trainer will be an amazing tool for you in your fitness journey! A trainer will be able to take away the guesswork when it comes to planning your workouts, and they will help you learn new exercises and proper form so you can reach your goals while minimizing injury.
What is your approach to training?
My approach to training is to make exercising enjoyable and simple by explaining the what and why of the exercises we are doing and by finding the types of exercises you love. My goal is for working out to be something that energizes you and that you look forward to doing.
What do you enjoy about being a personal trainer?
I believe personal training is one of the coolest jobs out there. I love spending time with clients and helping them reach their goals. Exercise can be a game changer in someone’s life, and I am so grateful that I get to be a part of that!
Do you have a favorite exercise quote?
One of my favorite quotes relating to exercise is from Tom Hanks. He says, “It’s supposed to be hard. If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. It’s the hard that makes it great.”
