What would you like to say to someone considering personal training:
Having a personal trainer can make all the difference for you. Whether it is helping with accountability, guidance in training program design, exercise form, or nutritional guidance. Having a personal trainer can also help drive/motivate you and positively impact your exercise enjoyment and self-efficacy.
What are some of your specialties:
I have experience working with people of all ages and experience levels in both individual and group settings. I have extensive knowledge in working with successful aging , corrective exercise, muscle hypertrophy and bodybuilding, weight loss and metabolic strength training.
What is something you wish people knew about exercise:
Three key components to exercise progression and muscle development are: mechanical stress, metabolic stress, and muscle damage. Simply you must train your metabolic system to match your goals and quality contraction is key above all.
