Originally from Dodge Center, Minnesota, Elisabeth grew up with an active lifestyle and began dancing and participating in the dance team at an early age. Through dance, she developed an appreciation for the importance of strength – not only for athletic performance, but also for overall health and well-being. She also served as a volunteer firefighter for three years with the fire department in her hometown. This experience reinforced the importance of being physically fit, strong, and prepared for the demands of serving others. Elisabeth moved to Zumbrota in 2025 and has enjoyed becoming part of the Rochester Athletic Club community.
Elisabeth has a strong passion for service, having served in the U.S. Navy and volunteered as a firefighter. She enjoys pushing herself through physical challenges and is always looking for new ways to test her strength, endurance, and resilience. Her experiences in both the Navy and fire service have helped shape her determination, discipline, and commitment to helping others reach their goals.
Away from work, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and staying active through new adventures and activities. In her free time, she also enjoys painting, reading, playing video games, and finding new ways to challenge herself and stay active.
