What led you to the RAC?
I grew up in Rochester and I have been a member throughout my life. I learned both swimming and tennis through taking classes here. I began my career at the RAC working at the Activities Desk. I had the opportunity to intern with the Fitness department during my final semester of school and have been here since!

What do you enjoy about being a personal trainer?
I once saw a quote that said “I’m on a mission to uplift others,” and I found that really resonated with me. I love working with individuals, helping them improve their wellbeing, and finding activities that they truly enjoy.
