What is something you wish people knew about exercise?
Building a consistent exercise habit takes time—usually about a month. It’s not just about physical change; it’s about training your mind to stick with it. The long-term rewards are absolutely worth the effort.
What is your approach to training?
My approach focuses on helping people recognize that staying active is a daily commitment. I aim to support members through the early challenges of starting something new and guide them toward a sustainable, active lifestyle.
What do you enjoy about being a personal trainer?
I love being part of a fitness-minded community and helping others stay motivated. Watching people grow stronger and more confident in their journey is one of the most rewarding parts of this role.
