What led you to the RAC?
I have had a passion for health and wellness my entire life and always dreamed of working in a premier fitness center. I joined the RAC team two years ago after retiring from my position as a PTA to pursue that dream.
What would you like to say to someone who is considering personal training?
Being physically active has so many benefits. However, for some people the process of trying to figure out what types of exercises, how much they should be lifting, etc., can be very overwhelming. So they just don’t do it. Working with a personal trainer can help a person navigate those barriers and be a source of support.
What do you wish people knew about exercise?
I wish people knew more about the overall mental and physical benefits that exercise can provide, and the consequences that come without exercising.
