Here are the current restrictions on health clubs.

RESERVATIONS

A reservation system is used in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. Throughout the day we will have time blocks which can be reserved for the main areas of the club using the RAC app system. The Family Pool, Lap Pool, Basketball, Adult Badminton and Group Fitness Classes are reserved using the RAC app. Reservations can be made 72 hours in advance. Members will also be able to enter into the club if booked for court reservations, classes/activities or private instruction/training. More details are provided on our Current Club Details page.

RESERVING USING THE RAC APP SYSTEM

There will be 3 ways to reserve. Select the links to see examples:


1. Using the App

Having the app set up for your mobile device will allow you to show us your reservation as you enter the club and make for faster entry.

2. Using the RAC App Website

If you do not have the app on your mobile device, we will need to look up your reservation as you enter the club.

3. Phone reservation, call the Activities Desk (507) 287-9300

If you make a phone reservation, we will need to look up your reservation as you enter the club.

HOW TO BE INVITED TO USE THE RAC APP

We encourage those 13 and older to be set up for a RAC app account. You must be an active RAC member and be sent an invitation to become a user of the RAC app. Invitations have been sent to all RAC members who have email addresses in our system. However, if you did not accept a past invitation it may have been lost in your inbox and you can request one below. This is the same app we used prior to the closing, so if you have used the app with your own individual account you are already set up.
 

To be invited:

1. Please send an email to RAC App Admin with the following information for each person on your membership you would like to be set up:

  • First name
  • Last name 
  • A unique email address

The email address is used to sign in to the app and will also be set up as their club email address.

2. We will then set up the account(s) and send an invitation to each person.

This may take some time as we have to create each account individually. Please make your request early so you will have easier access from the start.
